Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siebel development, including expertise in scripting, workflow design, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), web services, and Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM). You will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our Siebel CRM applications to meet business needs and improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Siebel applications using Siebel tools and scripting languages.

- Create and modify workflows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and configure EAI solutions for seamless integration between Siebel and external systems.

- Implement and manage web services (SOAP/REST) to enable data exchange with third-party applications.

- Utilize Siebel EIM for data migration, data loading, and integration processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows to maintain clear project documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest Siebel features and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Siebel Developer with a strong understanding of Siebel architecture and modules.

- Proficiency in Siebel scripting (eScript, Siebel Workflow) and configuration.

- Solid experience with EAI, including integration methods and techniques.

- Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and API development.

- Experience with Siebel EIM for data loading and integration tasks.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Relevant Siebel certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, C#) is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM business processes and best practices.
