The Crypto News Writer will be responsible for researching and writing daily news articles, market analysis, and opinion pieces related to cryptocurrency. They will closely monitor developments in the crypto industry and report on significant events, trends, and market movements. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the editorial team, engaging with the Stocktwits community, and upholding journalistic standards.Qualifications/Eligibility CriteriaPrior Newsroom experience is a mustMinimum experience of 5 years as a Crypto industry reporter in an IC or Editor roleStrong Web Content Writing, Research, and News Article Writing skillsExperience with Market Analysis and Cryptocurrency trendsProofreading and Editing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of journalism standards and practicesBachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, or related fieldExperience with social media engagement and community interaction is a plus
