About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior iOS Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You will work closely with senior developers and designers to build and maintain high-quality iOS applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Swift and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Debug and fix issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Keep up to date with the latest iOS trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in iOS development.
  • Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Xcode.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Knowledge of iOS UI/UX guidelines and Apple’s design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to SwiftUI, Combine, or Core Data.
  • Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Fastlane or Jenkins.
