Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications on the SAP BTP platform using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies such as SAPUI5, Fiori, NodeJs/Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and create technical specifications for new applications and enhancements.
  • Integrate SAP BTP applications with various SAP and non-SAP systems using integration technologies such as OData, REST, and SOAP.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SAP BTP development.
  • Implement application security using SAP BTP services like XSUAA, Single Sign-On, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality of developed applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development, deployment, and operation.
  • Provide technical documentation for developed applications, including design documents, user guides, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP BTP and provide recommendations on new technologies and tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing applications on the SAP BTP platform, preferably with SAPUI5, Fiori & NodeJS
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as OData, REST, and SOAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions like HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, and other cloud-based applications.
  • Proficient in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
