What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.We are hiring AWS Data Engineer for Kolkata/Bangalore Location.Role: Data EngineerRequired Skill Set: AWS Data engineering ( EC2, S3, RDS), Python, Data analysis, Data warehousing concepts, Concepts and implementation experience of API,Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsCollaboration and CommunicationAgile Methodologies etc.Experience: 4-8 yearsLocation: Kolkata/Bangalore/Pune/BhubaneswarMinimum Qualification:15 years of full time educationBE/B.TECH/BCA/MCA/MSCJob Description:Must Have:4 years of experience in Data Analytics, specifically in Datawarehouse, Data Lake, and ETL.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience in implementing and working on AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.Proficiency in code deployment using Github/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale.Expertise in troubleshooting and performance optimization techniques.Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.Ability to work with business owners to define key business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across internal and external organizations.Ability to perform ad-hoc data/process analysis.Proficient in team and task management using tools like JIRA, and adhering to SLAs.Active participation in Agile scrum teams, contributing to project planning and work prioritization.Experience in defining best practices, technical standards, design principles, and frameworks.Ability to provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.Strong mentoring, coaching, and feedback skills to foster team members' growth and skills development.Proactive in identifying and automating recurring tasks for improved productivity.Display a high level of technical curiosity and a passion for innovation.Good to have:1. Engineer scalable, reliable, and performant data system and platform leveraging reusable data engineering patterns and frameworks with best practices and standards2. Establish robust data integrity monitoring to ensure machine learning and AI solutions are based on accurate data3. Write advanced / complex SQL with performance tuning and optimization4.
