We're Hiring: IT Project Lead Location: Baroda / Pune Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Timings : UK hours ( 01:30 pm IST to 10:15 pm IST )We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Project Lead to become the central point of coordination for all software development activity within our organization. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between our UK-based management team and on-ground developersMaintain and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are metOversee the development work list and prioritise tasks in collaboration with managementSupport the capture, clarification, and transformation of business requirements into deliverablesChair sprint planning, stand-ups, and regular progress reviewsMonitor progress, risks, and issues—ensuring transparency and timely interventionPromote a structured, process-driven culture while fostering creativity and teamworkCommunicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writingAssist in resource planning and optimise team capacity for deliveryDrive continuous improvement in tools, practices, and workflowsIf you're ready to lead impactful projects while making a genuine difference in delivery excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Person Specification:Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in project scheduling, backlog management and IT project coordination.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders whilst maintaining attention to detail.Highly organised, analytical and structured in approach to problem-solving.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.Competent in the use of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).Proactive, delivery-focused and committed to supporting team success.Desirable:Previous experience working in a software development environment.Familiarity with requirements gathering and business analysis.Professional certifications (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
