We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have an experience of 5-7 years in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. As the AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions in FinTech domain to address complex business challenges. You will play a key role in leading a team of talented data scientists and engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the organisation.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

- Stay updated of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and ML.

Team Management :

- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical staff.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and skill development.

Solution Development :

- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.

- Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.

Data Management :

- Oversee the acquisition, cleaning, and preparation of data for machine learning projects.

- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Performance Evaluation :

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI/ML solutions.

- Iteratively improve models based on feedback and changing business needs.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Continuous Improvement :

- Continuously evaluate and enhance the organisation's AI/ML capabilities.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.

- Knowledge of open source LLM's and vector databases is a plus.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing AI/ML projects and teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
