Responsibilities :
- Collaborate in a high-impact team to build predictive models using a cutting-edge healthcare data platform.
- Be a problem-solving thought leader, clearly defining challenges and recommending appropriate deep learning/machine learning techniques aligned with project goals.
- Develop and evaluate predictive models, providing clear written and verbal communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep management and leadership teams informed through timely updates.
Requirements :
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience building predictive models, demonstrating expertise in :
- Deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs)
- Traditional machine learning/statistical methods (logistic regression, SVMs, random forests)
- Up-to-date knowledge of advancements in deep learning/machine learning and broader data science trends.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python (required), R, or similar languages.
- Prior healthcare industry knowledge (medical and pharmaceutical) is a plus.
- Experience building models from scratch and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and a talent for fostering :
