Role Overview:

The Technical Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, supporting solution design and implementation, and ensuring clear communication across teams for successful delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between business, domain, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design inputs.
  • Participate in design reviews, impact analysis, and change request evaluations.
  • Provide domain expertise and technical support during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues or escalations, coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, data mappings, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements traceability and solution integrity.
  • Support UAT planning, test case validation, and release readiness reviews.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or in domain support roles.
  • Strong domain knowledge in the relevant business area (e.g., Banking, Payments, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration points.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Visio).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.


Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based requirement delivery.
  • Experience with SQL, API documentation (Swagger/Postman), or data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure) and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of system testing, UAT coordination, or release management processes.
