Job Title : Oracle PL SQL - Axiom Developer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL SQL - Axiom Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Python, and DevOps practices. This role requires someone who is adept at working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize Oracle PL SQL and SQL scripts.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PL SQL code.

- Write and maintain Unix Shell scripts to automate tasks and processes.

- Utilize Python for scripting and automation where necessary.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance and maintain the deployment pipeline.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to SQL and PL SQL code.

- Document and maintain the codebase to ensure clarity and maintainability.

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Oracle SQL and PLSQL development.

- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Axiom Controller View Version 9/10 for quick conversion.

- Familiarity with other Financial Services Regulatory Reporting tools such as SAS or Regnology.
