Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have · Extensive experience in developing custom Fiori applications and extensions using SAP UI5, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML5. · Deep understanding of Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration, including tile and group creation, semantic objects, and role-based access. · Hands-on experience with SAP Web IDE and/or SAP Business Application Studio for Fiori development. · Experience with S/4HANA Cloud and on-premises environments, including CDS views. · Extensive knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. · Experience in working with FIORI elements, annotations & SAP UI5 smart controls. · Proficiency with SAPUI5 controls, libraries, components, Data binding and UI rendering. · Hands-on experience in BTP service such as BAS. · ABAP programming skills, particularly in the context of OData service development (SEGW), BAPIs, RFCs, reports and user exits. · Expertise in creating and managing OData services using SAP Gateway, including CRUD operations, entity sets, and function imports. · Understanding of SSO configuration, authentication using SAML, o-auth. · Understanding of WEB dispatcher & web-Dynpro UI. · Experience on FIORI debugging & trouble shooting methodology. · Experience on ABAP RICEFS, debugging & trouble shooting methodology.

Good-to-Have · Strong communication skills. Should be comfortable in working with end-users/functional people to analyze, scoop, estimate, design and development. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. · Experience in SAP IS Retail or Knowledge in Retail Domain. · Experience or knowledge in JIRA, Service Now.

1 · End-to-end technical design, development, testing, and deployment of custom and standard SAP Fiori/UI5 applications. · Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. · Optimize application performance and maintain high standards of quality and security. · Provide support and troubleshooting(debug) for existing applications. · Design and develop OData services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) and ABAP to support Fiori applications, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. · Ability to mentor junior developer
