Project Description:The Risk and Finance solutions team requires an Xceptor Developer to work on their Liquidity and Capital Enhancements and Regulatory reporting Programs.Responsibilities:Assist Business in Documentation (e.g. BRD's), Accesses, UAT & Prod Parallel till Project Go LiveDetailed process evaluation & documentation as per standardsEffective communication on project status updates to relevant stakeholders on a periodic basisUnderstand problem statement and accordingly provide solutionsMilestone tracking & problem solvingWork with process SMEs and/or process analysts to design business processes to the granular level of detail required for Xceptor automation developmentDefine and regularly report progress on plan for development of automationsValidate solution for each automation, highlighting any that may require other automation solutionsWork closely with process owners and SMEs to help them define and run UAT of automationsWorking with other team members, develop and support governance around the automations, including support documentation and procedures where appropriateMaintain high standards of quality whilst delivering against plansMandatory Skills Description:6+ Years of Experience in Xceptor application development skills, as well as multiple design techniquesWorking proficiency in Xceptor development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve softwareProven capability of developing and using Xceptor and other automation technologiesUnderstanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworksUnderstanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and securityProficiency in .NET or other general-purpose programming languages is an added bonusExperience of investment operations functions, ideally in valuations and understanding of data management to aid quick understanding of new processes for evaluationProven experience of developing automation solutions to business requirementsCollaborate with Business, Robotics automation team, Risk & Controls, and other stakeholders to ensure governance is followed for end to end deliveryNice-to-Have Skills Description:• Good communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management experience.• Experience in Agile Methodology.
