Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from designing and building high-quality, scalable applications using Flutter to maintaining and troubleshooting existing code.

You will collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and user-centric mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Flutter Development :

- Design and develop user-friendly and performant mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Implement clean, well-tested, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

- Utilize Model-View-Controller (MVC) or Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture for efficient application design and development.

- Integrate with various APIs and backend services to deliver rich mobile app functionalities.

- Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

Problem-Solving & Innovation :

- Analyze and troubleshoot existing app issues, suggesting and implementing effective solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose new features and enhancements for mobile apps.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development and mobile app design.

Version Control & Collaboration :

- Manage code versions effectively using Git for collaborative development and version history tracking.

- Communicate clearly with project managers and team members regarding project status, deadlines, and technical challenges.

Security & Maintenance :

- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development process to protect user data and application security.

- Maintain existing codebase through bug fixes, performance optimizations, and feature updates.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Flutter development and its core functionalities (widgets, state management, navigation).

- Solid understanding of Dart programming language and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

- Experience with designing and implementing scalable and maintainable mobile architectures (MVC/MVVM).

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices for mobile app development.

- Experience with consuming and integrating APIs using Flutter.

- Basic knowledge of Git for version control.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Highly Preferred Skills :

- Experience with state management solutions (e. , Provider, BLoC).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e. , Flutter Driver, Mockito).

- Experience with deployment processes for mobile apps (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).

- Knowledge of cross-platform development with other frameworks (e., React Native) is a plus
