Global Process Expert (GPE) – Accounts Payable

Job Summary:

The GPE partners with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to implement, standardize, and improve end-to-end business processes in Accounts Payable and Source-to-Pay (StP). The role focuses on process efficiency, quality, continuous improvement, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process implementation, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, WIs, Workflows).
  • Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and support governance/compliance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with IT for automation and technology enhancements.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–10+ years in Process Management or related domains.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ReadSoft, Ivalua).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and business acumen.
  • Experience in global/cross-cultural environments.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
