A creative individual who is driven to producing award winning work, always focused on the 'Why' rather than the 'How.'

The person should have an understanding of working and experience in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Print and Web Design. Someone who has a knack of storytelling and aces the craft of smooth narration of concepts & solutions. The person must be able to grasp the role of innovation in design and execution by applying style/brand guidelines and templates when applicable. S/He must be a pro at applying design principles such as color, typography, graphic UI direction and usability experience. And has an attitude of willingness to go the extra mile in the pursuit of perfection and enthusiasm to bring in a positive change in this ever-evolving world of design.

Responsibilities :

- Brand & Identity - Taking the creative brief and evolving it into the future digital vision of the brand in a collaborative manner. Understanding the brand guidelines and its right implementation, helping to bring out the brand character with the right marketing Strategy.

- Graphic Design - In depth knowledge of typography ,Color systems, layout and grid systems, iconography, Infographics, and data visualization.

- User Interface Design - Understanding customer Experience in various go to markets - B2C, FMCG,CPMG - is an essential. In addition to exceptional Designing skills of Landing pages, Microsites, mobile Site, mailers.

- Creative Production - 'No work is small' - kind of mindset. Retouching, Resizing & Productionising of various brand assets. This would include tasks like Image manipulation, web-based high-quality asset Creation, rich media banners, standard banners Resizing, static banners creation, localization for various Geographies to name a few

- Animation - Animation skills help bring to life the static World of design. So, you must be familiar with 2D Motion Graphic Animation, Micro Interactions, Gifs, and Frame by Frame classic 2D animation. Can coordinate with the video team and assist the developers to create the right animation.

- Print - From posters to brochures to roadshows to event Have sufficient knowledge from conceptualization to creation of print-ready files. Be able to work with creative leads and strategy partners in the blend.

- User Experience - Detailed research, understanding of User personas, knowledge of UX laws and principles so that one can bring meaning and value to its artworks in tune with data.

- Responsive Designing - Adapting design to various forms and applying the design systems to web or Mobile screens and collaborating with the developers to ensure a smooth final delivery.

Experience :

- A digital hybrid designer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and animation.

- A pro with knowledge of graphic design banner and email creation, social posts,microsites, powerpoint/keynote designs and annual reports/factsheets (word files).

- An excellent know-how in campaign design and management.

- An additional knowledge of ui/ux design trends and principles, motion design, prototyping and print techniques are a value add.

- A design graduate or a diploma holder from a design college (graduation in any field is a must).

- A conceptualizer who can execute creative concepts and designs through sketches, storyboards, templates, typography and prototypes within the set deadlines.

- An excellent team player with good communication skills who can collaborate with internal and external teams.

- A self-starter with an inquisitive mind who is open to learning new things with multitasking abilities.
