Job Description :


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and provide strategic direction in the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

- Oversee and guide the implementation team in leveraging Salesforce FSC functionalities effectively

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Loan Origination process and FSC capabilities

- Develop and enhance processes to optimize Loan Origination within Salesforce FSC

- Utilize and be proficient in Omnistudio, Flow Builder, and Flow Orchestrator

- Leverage these tools to streamline processes and automate workflows within Salesforce FSC

- Manage large-scale implementations of FSC cloud ensuring data model optimization

- Drive initiatives to optimize data models for efficiency and scalability

- Design and develop customer-facing dashboards and integrate with enterprise applications

- Create visually appealing dashboards and ensure seamless integration with other systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions using Salesforce technologies

- Work closely with Business, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and adherence to industry standards

- Lead and mentor junior team members

- Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members

- Enforce best practices and standards during project execution

- Advocate for and implement industry best practices and coding standards

- Participate in technical reviews with client stakeholders

- Engage with clients to review technical solutions and gather feedback

- Own deliverables related to technical artifacts and actively participate in client reviews

- Take ownership of technical deliverables and collaborate with clients for feedback and validation

- Manage project scope and timeline

- Ensure project milestones are met within scope and timelines are adhered to

- Participate in Sprint planning and execution

- Engage in Sprint planning and execution activities to deliver projects successfully
