About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who can merge traditional design expertise with the power of AI tools to produce visually compelling and innovative content. This role requires mastery of design principles and software, combined with the ability to leverage AI platforms for speed, personalization, and creative enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Creative Production
  • Create high-quality graphics, social media creatives, marketing materials, brand assets, and UI/UX elements.
  • Adapt and resize designs for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver on-brand visual solutions.
  • AI-Driven Creativity
  • Use AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) to brainstorm, prototype, and create visuals.
  • Implement AI-enhanced workflows for image retouching, background removal, color correction, and creative variations.
  • Integrate AI-powered video and animation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika, Kaiber) for multimedia projects.
  • Workflow & Tool Integration
  • Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro) alongside AI tools for efficient production.
  • Organize and manage assets within cloud-based libraries and collaborative platforms.
  • Work with automation tools (Zapier, Make, GHL) to streamline asset delivery and creative approval processes.
  • Innovation & Trends
  • Stay updated with AI creative trends, design best practices, and emerging tools.
  • Experiment with new AI models to expand creative capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva Pro.
  • Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion.
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
  • Ability to work with creative briefs and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing both traditional design work and AI-assisted projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, AI animation tools).
  • Photography and photo editing experience.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and visual identity creation.
  • Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile.
