The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager – Delhi NCR & North/Central India to drive high-value sales and key-client relationships in one of our most important regions.

This role is sales-first but not sales-only – you will:

  • Work closely with the Founder & CEO to build and grow Avacasa’s Delhi & North/Central India business.
  • Own the sales pipeline for HNI/UHNI clients exploring vacation homes, hill-station villas, and managed land investments.
  • Shape Avacasa’s reputation with North India’s wealth and lifestyle ecosystem – wealth managers, family offices, developers, and top channel partners.

You’ll be the senior face of Avacasa in Delhi NCR, turning interest into transactions and transactions into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own sales targets for Delhi NCR & key North/Central India holiday markets.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of HNI/UHNI prospects into successful transactions.

HNI/UHNI Client Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to investors evaluating second homes, villas, and managed farmlands.
  • Conduct detailed requirement mapping, financial discussions, and guided decision-making.

Deal Closure & Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles – from first conversation to site visits, term negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and internal ops to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Market & Portfolio Ownership

  • Deeply understand key North/Central India leisure markets (Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Shimla, Nainital, Kasauli, etc.).
  • Recommend the right projects and locations to clients based on lifestyle, returns, and risk.

Developer & Channel Partner Relations

  • Build strong working relationships with top developers, landowners, wealth managers, and channel partners in the region.
  • Ensure Avacasa gets priority access to premium inventory and exclusive deals.

Team & Process Leadership

  • Over time, help hire and mentor a small team of Relationship Managers / Sales Associates in Delhi.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track metrics, and give clear weekly/monthly reporting to the leadership team.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  • Ensure every Avacasa client interaction is high-trust, high-touch, and insight-driven.
  • Represent Avacasa at premium events, investor meets, and ecosystem gatherings relevant to North India HNIs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 6–10 years total, with at least 4–5 years in luxury real estate / HNI-focused sales (wealth management, luxury hospitality, lifestyle clubs, or similar).
  • Track Record: Proven history of closing high-ticket transactions (₹1–10 Cr+ deals) and managing demanding, sophisticated clients.
  • Market Understanding: Strong familiarity with Delhi NCR HNI ecosystem and preferably some exposure to hill-station / leisure real estate markets.
  • Relationship Builder: A natural networker who can build deep, trust-based relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Owner Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills – able to simplify complex investment decisions for clients.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits across North & Central India (Rishikesh, Nainital, Shimla, Kasauli, etc.) and occasionally to other Avacasa markets.
