We have a culture and practice of customer centricity, hiring and developing the best, insisting on the highest standards, calculated risk taking and delivering results.Position Description: Senior Finance Analyst - (Controllership - P2P)Location: BangaloreJoin our high-impact Controllership team at the heart of Finance Operations We're looking for a detail-driven, strategic finance professional to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.This role blends core accounting expertise with hands-on financial operations across vendor payments, supply chain financing, automation, compliance, and cost efficiency in addition to ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and regulatory compliance across high-volume vendor and payment operations.You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Tech, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive process excellence and financial control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key Focus Areas:- Lead end-to-end P2P controllership, including vendor payments, returns, and disputes- Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and balance sheet hygiene- Manage audit readiness and financial accuracy of AP and vendor receivables- Support statutory & internal audits, monthly closes, and reconciliations- Drive automation, compliance, and cost-efficiency in finance operations- Oversee accounting policies, MIS, cash flow planning, and controlsWhat You Bring:- CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience in controllership or financial operations- Strong technical accounting knowledge & attention to detail- Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred), Excel, and audit processes- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-integrity environmentThis is an opportunity to own the numbers, protect the books, and drive governance at scale.Disclaimer: Clicktech and New Trends Commerce are equal opportunities for employers.
