Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Developer with 4–6 years of experience in API development, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams. This role requires hands-on development experience, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work with integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.


Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Python and SQL
  • Understand business data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven initiatives
  • Learn and implement development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath
  • Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for development and integration processes


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development, Python, and SQL
  • General knowledge of integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Background in delivering data-driven solutions within fast-paced, high-impact teams
  • Certifications in relevant development or integration technologies
