Job Description :


- Manager and mentor for test teams you will use your deep understanding of the development and test best practices combined with first-class leadership skills to promote approaches that ensure quality across our teams, products and services.

- Ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality and minimal bugs

- Provide high direction for test teams delivering a clear and consistent vision

- Develop a roadmap for building needed test expertise. Establish and evolve formal QA processes

- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, implementing best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures both - manual and automated

- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally

- Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution

- Champion best practices for testing, testing processes and testing tools to ensure our teams are working as efficiently and effectively as possible

- Facilitate knowledge sharing between test teams and develop relevant training programs.

- Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability

- This is a player-coach role where you will be extensively involved in testing

Skills & Experience :

Qualification :


- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field with typically 5-8 years of experience

- Hands-on automation experience for 2 years at least required in Selenium & Appium for UI

- Expert in Jira Management

- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies

- Familiarity with full software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)

- Good knowledge of scripting

- Skilled in Automation and Manual Testing

- Should be able to migrate manual test cases to automation

- Experience in Web and Mobile application testing

- Excellent leadership skills to mentor the test team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
