About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Intern to support our team with day-to-day execution tasks. This role is focused on Socials Community Management and Operational Execution. You’ll play a key part in keeping our social media presence organized, responsive, and consistent.

Responsibilities:-

Community Engagement:

• Respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments across social platforms promptly and professionally.
• Escalate queries or issues to the relevant team when needed.

Content Execution:

• Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms using scheduling tools.
• Ensure all content is published on time and according to the calendar.

Data & Reporting:

• Maintain and update Google Sheets with campaign performance, engagement data, and content tracking.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports by logging analytics from each platform.

Support Tasks:

• Coordinate with the social media/content team for smooth execution of campaigns.
• Keep track of trends and flag potential engagement opportunities to the team.

Requirements:-

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Decent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and basic scheduling software.
• Good written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Good to Have:-

• Familiarity with social media analytics dashboards.
• Prior internship experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
