Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as a Specialist – Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong academic and practical grounding from articleship, with exposure to statutory audits, IND AS, and IFRS. This role involves handling statutory compliance, audits, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Audit & AssuranceAssist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and group reporting requirements.Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion.Support in preparation of financial statements under IGAAP and IFRS.Ensure audit observations and recommendations are implemented.2. Compliance ManagementEnsure strict adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST and TDS returns.Support Income Tax filings, Transfer Pricing documentation, and liaise with consultants for smooth execution.3. Financial Reporting & MISPrepare and present MIS reports with analysis of key variances and trends.Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.Provide insights into financial performance and compliance status to senior management.Assist in preparation of board and management-level financial reports.4. Documentation & Record-KeepingMaintain comprehensive documentation for financial transactions and compliance activities.Ensure secure and organized record-keeping of statutory and financial documents (both digital and physical).5. Books ClosureDrive monthly and annual book closure processes, ensuring reconciliations, schedules, and finalization are completed on time.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher with strong articleship experience / up to 1 year PQE.Technical Exposure: Statutory audits, IGAAP, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax.Tools: Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems preferred.Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.ABOUT RADIX:Revolutionizing the Internet:We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s.
