The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands-on HR leader to help scale our HR operations and culture engine. This role blends Operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across Indrajaal. You’ll report directly to General Manager - HR and support employees, Talent Partners and vendors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery. This is a builder’s role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for instruction, and leads with presence of mind and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee core HR services: onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Culture & People Experience
- Champion a values-driven culture rooted in autonomy, agility, and integrity.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and L&D initiatives that drive morale and career growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Process Excellence & Data-Driven HR
- Standardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.
- Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For✅ Required Experience
- 8–15 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles
- 3–5 years in a managerial role leading an HR team.
- Proven success in building scalable HR systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Presence of Mind: Able to respond with clarity and maturity in real-time conversations
- Ownership Orientation: Takes initiative, flags gaps, and drives resolution without waiting for instruction
- Startup Fluency: Comfortable building systems from scratch and operating in ambiguity
- Tech Fluency: Strong command HRIS platforms
- Culture Sensitivity: Understands how to influence behavior and build trust across teams
