We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Messaging Architect to join our IT team.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing our messaging infrastructure, including on-premises Exchange Server environments and cloud-based solutions like Exchange Online and Office 365.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in messaging technologies, cloud migration, and security to ensure a reliable and secure collaboration platform for our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage complex Exchange Server environments, including on-premises deployments and configurations within Exchange Online and Office 365.

- Possess in-depth expertise in managing Active Directory services and ensure seamless integration with messaging systems for user authentication and authorization.

- Plan, execute, and oversee complex migration projects, including on-premises to cloud migrations (e.g., Exchange Server to Exchange Online) and tenant-to-tenant migrations within Office 365.

- Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for messaging platforms to guarantee service continuity and data protection.

- Develop, document, and enforce security policies and best practices to safeguard the messaging infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.

- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT operations, security, application development) to integrate messaging systems with other enterprise applications and ensure seamless user workflows.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the messaging and collaboration landscape, and recommend improvements and optimizations to the overall messaging architecture.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in messaging technologies, with a strong focus on Exchange Server administration and configuration.

- Proven experience in deploying, managing, and migrating messaging solutions in hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments.

- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory services and their integration with Exchange Server and Office 365.

- Solid understanding of cloud messaging solutions like Exchange Online and Office 365 administration functionalities.

- Experience with planning and executing complex migration projects, including on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

- Expertise in implementing and maintaining high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for messaging platforms.

- Strong understanding of messaging security best practices and the ability to develop and enforce security policies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex messaging issues.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in messaging and collaboration.
