Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our training programs and staffing vertical. The role focuses on lead generation, course promotions and improving enrollment conversions through performance-driven digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns for training programs
  • Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage SEO strategy, website content, and landing page optimization
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, training, and design teams to align goals
  • Manage social media marketing and brand visibility
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-enrollment performance
  • Use analytics and reporting to continuously improve campaign outcomes
  • Application of AI in digital marketing and marketing automation
  • YouTube Ads and video-based performance marketing


Required Skills & Experience


  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing (education/training industry preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid ads and lead funnels
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing and analytics
  • Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in industry-standard designing tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing or related field).
  • Experience in promoting online courses or corporate training programs
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
