Job Description :


- Provide day to day operational support for the Router, Switches & Firewall Management Services.

- Strong technical experience on Firewalls, (Palo Alto, FortiGate & Cisco)

- Your role involves resolving operational incidents, managing firewall security policies and rule sets, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

- P1, P2 and P3 incidents monitoring and coordination with stakeholders for timely resolution.

- Should have very good experience of Incident Management like Identify and Classify Incident, Investigate and Diagnose the issues and Provide acceptable resolution.

- Should have experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis.

- Configuring/Troubleshooting LAN Switching VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel.

- In-depth knowledge, not limited to understanding but troubleshooting of TCP/IP Protocol suite, IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, PBR), IPSEC VPN etc.

- Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration of Router, Switches & Firewalls as per defined backup and restoration policy

- Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis.

- Knowledge of Analysis of IPSec VPNs implementation and Manage and Monitor all VPN connectivity.

- Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems

- Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures.

- Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement Core level debugging.

- Good to have knowledge of Network & Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), along with demonstrative communication skills, to improve the delivery of services.

- Ability to travel onsite to customer locations as necessary
