- Optimize ETG’s monitoring and reporting on carbon Scope 1&2 footprint of warehouses and factories.
- Identify key solutions to reduce ETG’s carbon footprint in a cost-efficient manner and turn these into a decarbonization roadmap that is in line with SBTi targets.
- Report on the progress of implementation of factory and warehouses projects in close collaboration with the factory teams.
- Coordinate relationships with external technical experts for optimizing project outcomes.

Sub-Sahara Africa (based), Southeast Asia and Canada
Contacts (Internal/ External)
- Group Sustainability team
- Group Treasury team
- Operations teams of Business Units
Required know-how/ experience
- Masters Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related studies
- At least 5 years’ practical experience in GHG reporting and reduction trajectories at industrial sites for Scope 1 and 2.
- Extensive understanding of electricity, renewable energy, waste management, and/or heat efficiencies solutions.
- Strong communication skills to ensure a smooth collaboration with various factory and (senior) management teams.
- Self-starter: needs to be able to identify, justify and work on priorities with little supervision
