You'll support the product and development teams in designing mobile and web experiences, focusing on usability, consistency, and clean aesthetics.This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative environment while working on live projects from ideation to implementation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design of intuitive, clean, and visually appealing web and mobile interfacesTranslate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesWork closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accuratelyParticipate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine user flowsMaintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable componentsCollaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align on user experience goalsRequired Skills and Qualifications:6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance also count)Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similarUnderstanding of design principles, color theory, typography, spacing, and grid systemsAbility to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypesBasic knowledge of mobile and web design guidelines (e.g., iOS/Android, responsive web)Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and iteratePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Miro, or other collaboration boardsExposure to user testing, A/B testing, or design feedback loopsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS or how designs are translated into codeExperience designing for custom dashboards, admin panels, or apps is a plusWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work on real products with hands-on mentorshipA creative, friendly, and feedback-driven teamLearning support and exposure to end-to-end product developmentCompetitive stipend or salary, based on experience
