Job Description :


Responsibility :

- Lead complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating expertise in Business and functional areas.

- Act as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams and stakeholders on best practices and innovative solutions.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patters, and opportunities for optimization.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.

- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.

- Deliver high-quality work within established timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance collaboration and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Stay abreast of industry advancements and participate in professional development activities to maintain expertise.

Analytical Skills :

- Proficient in Data analysis & Data patterns.

- Good with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.

- Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis with Data.

- Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.

- Proficient with data manipulation and problem solving to effectively work with large datasets and drive actionable conclusions.

Tools and Platforms :

- Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python and have strong RDBMS concepts.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA

Nice to have - Experience on below :

- Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.

Domain Skills :

Good understanding of :

- Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional Skills :

- Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management.

Nice to have : Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to work and lead a project end to end and close them on timely basis.

- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.

- Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.

- A strong team player

Basic Qualifications :

- Master's degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.


- BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.

- (Preferred) Postgraduate in Masters in computers

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in developing codes on SAS, SQL, Python environment
