Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, robust, secure storage solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

- Lead the technical design and architecture discussions, providing expertise and guidance to ensure the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions.

- Oversee the entire product development life cycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure product security best practices are integrated at every stage of the development process.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, with a significant focus on storage.

- In-depth product development life cycle knowledge, including all downstream layers.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure storage solutions.

- Experience with storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, DAS, cloud storage solutions) and data management practices.

- Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Expertise in code review processes, focusing on coding standards and best practices.

- Experience in repository management, code deployment, and release management.

- Strong understanding of product security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud storage solutions.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
