About Role:

We are looking for full-time analysts who will be part our consulting and projects business who will work for the reporting and the customer success team based out of Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines. They will be assisting the client facing core projects team in reports, analysis, customer support, case management and delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, acknowledge and assist on the customer queries and issues flagged as per the standard operating procedures.
  • Summarize the issues according to the type and domain and engage with respective departments for a faster customer response and closure
  • Professionally articulate and communicate over email and other online tools as per the brand guidelines
  • Summarize the weekly and monthly updates, summary & achievements and present during the respective review calls along with the project lead
  • Work on extracting and managing data from various sources and derive and summarize insights
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Visual representation of numbers and facts in more standardized and meaningful way
  • Articulate and communicate the insights and findings to the regional consulting team
  • Understand the business value chain and offerings in more detail and create data and customer segments accordingly

  • Freshers from reputed engineering colleges or Graduates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English and inter personal skills
  • Are available for full time (in-office) role
  • Are available for candidates who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore


Qualifications:

  • Analytical and Problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong inter-personal skills and proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Other Details:

  • CTC - 4 to 4.5 lakhs per annum
  • Hybrid work - 3 days in office and rest can be work from home
  • Selection process will involve 1 round of assignment and 2 rounds of interview
  • Expected date of joining - 27th Oct to 3rd Nov
