Job Summary :


We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team and drive our continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, automation, and infrastructure management.


They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies to streamline our development lifecycle and enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Develop and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and agility across the organization.

3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of applications and infrastructure.

4. Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

5. Define and enforce standards for configuration management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and version control systems.

6. Monitor and analyze system performance, reliability, and security metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.

7. Manage cloud infrastructure resources and services, optimizing cost, performance, and scalability.

8. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our DevOps capabilities and meet evolving business requirements.

9. Lead incident response and resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of production issues.

10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the DevOps team and across the organization.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (8+ years) in a DevOps role, with demonstrated success in leading and managing DevOps teams.

3. Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.

4. In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS/Azure/GCP.

5. Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, or Ansible) and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.

6. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.

7. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack, Splunk) for system performance, availability, and security.

8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

10. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
