Job Description :

3 plus Years' Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and statistical models to gather insights from data, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business strategies.

- AI Strategy Development: Help devise AI strategies that align with the organization's goals, improving efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.

- Model Development and Validation: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and refine AI models. Validate these models to ensure they meet business requirements and are accurate and reliable.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments to understand business needs and how AI can address these. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- AI Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in the implementation of AI solutions within business processes. Monitor the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend new approaches and technologies that can benefit the business.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using AI tools and understanding AI concepts. Ensure that the organization leverages AI capabilities effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Advanced degrees (Master's, PhD) in AI or Machine Learning are a plus.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in AI, machine learning algorithms, data mining, and statistical analysis. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, challenges, and strategy. Ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies.
