About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our financial operations through the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module.

In this leadership position, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and proven track record to provide strategic guidance, configure complex functionalities, and ensure the efficient and accurate management of our financial data within SAP.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP FI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely project completion.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the FI module.

- Design, configure, and customize complex SAP FI functionalities to meet evolving business needs (e.g.
consolidation, automated workflows, reporting).

- Develop and implement efficient data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP FI, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

- Partner with finance and IT teams to define and implement best practices for financial data management within SAP.

- Provide expert guidance and support to junior consultants on SAP FI configuration, processes, and best practices.

- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and growth within the SAP FI domain.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FI related issues, ensuring smooth system operation and data accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP FI advancements, S/4HANA migration considerations, and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FI configurations and processes.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Analyze and report on key financial metrics extracted from SAP FI data for financial decision-making.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Senior SAP FI Consultant or a related role.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex SAP FI projects.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI configuration, functionalities, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and its impact on FI functionalities is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Superior communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor junior team members.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
