Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing, and hands‑on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless functionality, data accuracy, and business process integrity across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems. The role involves designing test strategies, automating critical workflows, and validating integrations between enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities1. ERP TestingDevelop detailed test plans and test cases for ERP modules such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Financials.Execute system, integration, and regression testing for ERP workflows to ensure functional and data consistency.Validate ERP customizations, configurations, and reports (e.g., saved searches, reports, or dashboards).Perform data reconciliation using SQL queries, CSV imports, and analytics reports.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business rules, requirements, and expected outcomes.2. Integration with CRM and eCommerce SystemsWhile this role primarily focuses on ERP testing, you will occasionally validate end‑to‑end processes that span ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems. Key responsibilities include:Verifying data synchronization across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms to ensure accurate customer and transaction information flows from order capture through fulfillment.Supporting integration testing efforts with connected systems (for example, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and eCommerce tools like Shopify or Magento) when changes in ERP configurations or integrations require verification.Collaborating with integration and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross‑application issues that impact ERP workflows.3. Automation DevelopmentDesign and maintain automation frameworks for regression, smoke, and end‑to‑end testing.Build and enhance automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, or Postman.Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and reporting.Use scripting or platform‑native tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to automate repetitive validation processes.4. Integration TestingValidate data flow and synchronization across enterprise systems connected via integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar iPaaS tools.Debug API payloads, mapping errors, and transformation rules to ensure end‑to‑end process accuracy.Maintain test data repositories and reusability for multiple testing cycles.Collaborate with integration teams to resolve synchronization and data mapping issues.5. Documentation and Quality GovernanceCreate and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, test results, and test case repositories.Ensure QA deliverables meet compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, SOC2).Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and daily standups.Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to QA process optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications3‑6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a mix of manual and automation testing.Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar.Familiarity with CRM and eCommerce workflows from an integration perspective, expertise in ERP systems should be your primary focus.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools: Selenium / Playwright / RestAssured / Postman.Familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and CI/CD environments.Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.Preferred SkillsExposure to iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar.Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester — Foundation Level, Oracle Cloud Certification, SAP ERP certification, or equivalent.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Experience with data integration or ETL testing.Soft SkillsAnalytical mindset and strong problem‑solving capability.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Proactive and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
