We are currently recruiting a COUPA OIC Integration Specialist - Remote for our client based in Dubai.

Please note: This is a 6-month offshore role (Remote), with potential extension based on performance and ongoing project needs.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient data flow between Coupa and Oracle ERP systems via API, REST/cXML, and file-based integrations. Supports Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes by maintaining data integrity, system alignment, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage OIC integrations for PO, invoice, GRN, supplier, and bank data.
  • Automate payment workflows from Coupa to Oracle.
  • Ensure robust data mapping, error handling, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements and continuity.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support materials.
  • Identify and implement integration improvements.

Success Metrics:

  • Accurate Data Sync: Timely and correct data exchange across systems.
  • High Uptime: >99.9% OIC interface availability with minimal manual effort.
  • Compliance: Adherence to IT security and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Improved efficiency and reduced errors.
  • Operational Efficiency: Fewer manual interventions and failed transactions.

Requirements:

  • Min 10 years of total COUPA and 5+ years in integration development; 3+ years with OIC.
  • Bachelor's in IT/CS or Master's in Management.
  • Experience with Coupa APIs, REST/cXML, XML, JSON, SOAP.
  • Oracle Cloud, PIPO, APIs, SQL, JavaScript.
  • ERP integration (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday).
  • Proficient in OIC orchestration, adapters, XSLT, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Certifications - OIC certification preferred.
