You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify test requirements, develop test cases, and implement test automation solutions. Additionally, you will analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.

Your main responsibilities:

Senior Automation Test Engineer:

• Prepare standard test scenarios in collaboration with Product Management, Development, and Delivery teams, working closely with the Development team.
• Run tests on various application components and features to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Design test scenarios to ensure 100% requirement coverage; prepare and maintain test cases, report defects, and manage the overall testing process.
• Support the software development workflow by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and promoting standardization measures.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Create and maintain mobile automation test scripts using Appium for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and recommend improvements.
• Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery.
• Act as a technical mentor to junior testers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes, tools, and quality standards.

Junior Automation Test Engineer:

• Preparation of standard test scenarios in collaboration with product management, development, and delivery teams, working closely with the Development Team.
• Execute tests on various components and features to help identify and report technical and functional issues.
• Assist in designing test scenarios to achieve comprehensive coverage of requirements; prepare and execute test cases, log defects, and contribute to managing the overall testing process.
• Participate actively in the Agile Scrum process, supporting the software development workflow and promoting standardization practices.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather test requirements and understand application functionality.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects or areas for improvement.
• Continuously learn and contribute to enhancing test automation frameworks and processes.
• Exposure to mobile automation (e.g., Appium) or ability to quickly learn and work with mobile automation, particularly using JavaScript.

Your qualifications:

Senior Automation Test Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree / BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber.
• Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience with mobile automation tools, preferably Appium, for Android and iOS platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Agile development processes.
• Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA.
• Strong team spirit, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written English.

Junior Automation Test Engineer:

• Bachelor degree / BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field
• Strong knowledge on Testing Process and Methodologies.
• Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, Cucumber
• Understanding of Mobile Automation testing and tools like Appium.
• Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
• Good working knowledge of agile development processes
• Knowledge on Defect management tool like JIRA
• Team spirit, strong analytical skills, attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent level of proficiency in written English.
