Job Description :

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your role will involve gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.

- Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.

- User Experience: Advocate for the best user experience, ensuring products are intuitive and user-friendly.

- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.

- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in B2B.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
