We aim to enhance the well-being of pets and improve their quality oflife through innovative and natural solutions.Position Overview:We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Night Shift) to join our team and contribute tovarious marketing operations during the nighttime hours. This role will primarily focus oncustomer support, TikTok affiliate management, shipping label creation, ad publishing, andsales tracking.Key Responsibilities:● Customer Support:○ Respond to customer comments, emails, and DMs across various platforms(TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, etc.).○ Address customer queries with prompt and helpful responses to maintain highcustomer satisfaction.● TikTok Affiliates:○ Monitor, manage, and engage with TikTok affiliates, ensuring they have allnecessary materials and guidance to promote Aniwell products.○ Track affiliate performance and ensure they follow agreed-upon guidelines forcontent creation.● TikTok Labels:○ Create and share TikTok shipping labels with the fulfillment team to ensuresmooth order processing and timely shipping.● Ads Publishing:○ Assist with the creation, setup, and publishing of ads across TikTok, Shopify,and other platforms.○ Collaborate with the team to schedule, optimize, and monitor ads forperformance.● Hourly Sales Reports:○ Generate and maintain hourly sales reports from Shopify, Amazon, andTikTok.○ Track performance data and report on key metrics like sales, CTR, andROAS for various campaigns.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).● Previous experience in customer support, social media management, or digitalmarketing.● Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Ads Manager, or similarplatforms.● Strong written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.● Comfortable working during the night shift and managing tasks autonomously.Why Join Aniwell?● Work with a passionate and dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of pets.● Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for theMarketing Executive (Night Shift) role at Aniwell.
