We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist ADtech with 3-5 years of strong experience to join our team for online media Domain. As a Data Scientist ADtech, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that will drive the success of online advertising/Media /OTT content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies to optimize ad targeting and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and a passion for leveraging data to solve business problems.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large-scale ad campaign data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve ad targeting strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Design and build data models and predictive models to optimize ad performance.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis techniques

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
