The Role

We’re looking for a Factory Operations & Facilities Supervisor who ensures the factory runs smoothly every day.

Your job is simple in definition but demanding in execution: make sure nothing in the factory breaks, slows down, or gets stuck because of poor coordination or delayed action. When something does go wrong, you ensure it is fixed quickly and correctly.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Ensuring adequate helpers and support staff are available at all times
  • Supervising non-production staff such as maintenance personnel and security guards and ensuring they perform their duties properly
  • Coordinating with electricians, plumbers, machine maintenance technicians, and other service providers whenever required
  • Proactively tracking maintenance needs and ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out
  • Acting immediately on breakdowns or issues to minimize line stoppage and downtime
  • Collecting invoices from local vendors and service providers and sharing them with the finance team on time
  • Ensuring all facilities, utilities, and basic infrastructure are functioning smoothly
  • Being the point of ownership for day-to-day factory smoothness


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in factory operations, facilities management, or plant coordination
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage helpers, guards, and technicians firmly but fairly
  • A proactive mindset—spot problems before they become breakdowns
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • High sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Willingness to be hands-on and present on the factory floor

  • You are uncomfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and staff
  • You avoid accountability when things go wrong
  • You prefer purely desk-based roles
