Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Accounts to lead our India operations and help us on other geographies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, financial reporting, and achieving business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • CA /CMA qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of Relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a service industry.
  • Exposure to international accounting standards or global financial operations is an added advantage.
