Role: SharePoint Technical ConsultantLocation: Noida (Hybrid)Job type: Full TimeRole purposeWe are seeking an experienced SharePoint Technical Consultant to design, configure, and maintain SharePoint online environments. Liaising directly with customers to gather/refine requirements and management of solutions through the application lifecycle.Key responsibilities:Design, Configuration & MaintenanceArchitect, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environmentsImplement content management structures, site collections, document libraries, and permissions to meet organizational needs.Develop, customise, and optimise modern SharePoint sites, pages, and templates for collaboration and usability.Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Apps to enable seamless collaboration.Development & CustomisationBuild custom web parts, extensions, and applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React for modern, responsive UI experiences.Leverage PowerShell scripting and Power Automate for automation, provisioning, deployment, and administration tasks.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise custom solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.Governance, Security & ComplianceDefine and enforce SharePoint governance policies including permissions, site provisioning, and content lifecycle management.Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for content storage and collaboration.Conduct regular audits and apply best practices for data protection and platform performance.Support & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users and administrators.QualificationsEssential experience & skillsDemonstrated over 4 years experience developing SharePoint solutionsExpertise in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, deployment, and automationExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood understanding of Non-Functional RequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for business process automation and workflow design.Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration (Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Outlook, etc.).Knowledge of permissions structures, and content lifecycle management.Looking for a development with admin experience.Desirable experience & skillsExperience with Power Apps for building custom business applications.Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint data integration.Exposure to Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC).Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy design, and metadata management.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft stack (.NET Framework, C#, SQL) and SPFxCertifications (highly desirable)MS MS900: Microsoft 365 FundamentalsMS PL900: Power Platform FundamentalsMS AZ900: Azure FundamentalsMS MS700: Managing MS TeamsCompany DescriptionVersion 1 has celebrated over 28 years in Technology Services and continues to be trusted by global brands to deliver solutions that drive customer success.
