Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team.

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP programming language.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design efficient solutions, and implement robust code.

Responsibilities :

- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using PHP and Laravel.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.

- Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries to support application functionalities.

- Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Debug and resolve application issues and bugs in a timely manner.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the applications.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.

- Responsible for integrating third-party APIs into our web applications and systems using PHP programming language.

- Implement API request/response handling, error handling, and data parsing.

- Test and debug API integrations, resolving any issues or bugs that arise.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes and tools.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 4+ years experience as a PHP Developer or in a similar role.

- Proficient in PHP programming language and related frameworks such as Laravel.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience in writing efficient SQL queries.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Understanding of web application security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other web technologies and frameworks, such as JavaScript frameworks Laravel, Angular.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployments to live environments.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
