The Role

We’re hiring Product Design (UI/UX) Interns to work closely with our Lead Product Designer, along with product, engineering, and founders.


This is a hands-on product design role.

Not a shadowing internship. Not portfolio-only work.


You’ll design real mobile and web experiences that ship to production and are used by real business users every day.

We’re looking for designers who are:

  • Creative and experimental
  • Deeply empathetic to users
  • Analytical enough to measure whether their designs actually work

What You’ll Design

You’ll work end-to-end on real product features, including:

  • Designing user flows, screens, and interactions for mobile and web
  • Translating product problems into clear, usable UI
  • Designing features from problem understanding → exploration → final UI
  • Improving usability, visual hierarchy, and clarity across the product
  • Iterating designs based on user behavior, feedback, and insights
  • Supporting marketing and in-app visuals where required


You’ll regularly work on:

  • Onboarding and activation flows
  • Content creation and publishing experiences
  • Dashboards, analytics, and insights screens
  • In-app messaging and explanatory UI
  • Empty states, success states, and error states
  • Responsive designs across devices and platforms
  • Pixel-perfect handoff to developers

Everything you design is built, shipped, and used at scale.

You’ll be involved throughout:

Tools

Figma is our primary design tool.

All product design, collaboration, reviews, and handoff happen in Figma.

You should be comfortable working in Figma daily, across:

  • Flows and wireframes
  • High-fidelity UI
  • Components and variants
  • Developer-ready designs


Must-Have Skills
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
  • Ability to think in flows and systems, not just individual screens
  • Clear understanding of spacing, hierarchy, typography, and readability
  • Hands-on experience using Figma for product design
  • Ability to explain why you designed something a certain way
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate and improve
  • Background in design (UI/UX, product design, interaction design, etc.)


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience designing mobile apps or SaaS products
  • Understanding of usability and real user behavior
  • Familiarity with design systems or component-based design
  • Interest in marketing, storytelling, or growth design
  • Curiosity about measuring design impact (activation, drop-offs, clarity)
