‍ What You’ll Do


As a QC analyst, you’ll be:


  • Working closely with prompt engineers to relay findings
  • Listening to and analyzing customer calls handled by our AI voice agents.
  • Identifying issues such as incorrect responses, flow breaks, or technical glitches.
  • Debugging call transcripts and flagging root causes for errors.
  • Documenting patterns and working with the product/prompting team to improve accuracy and conversion.
  • Ensuring that calls meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards..


✅ What We’re Looking For


  • Pursuing bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English + Hindi
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
