Job Title - Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to uncover insights and drive strategic decision-making.

- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development projects.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and monitor business metrics.

- Assist in the development of business cases, ROI analysis, and project plans for proposed initiatives.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is preferred.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
