Position Overview : The Client-Facing Data Analyst serves as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives, analyze processes, and propose data-driven solutions.

Client Engagement : Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for business analysis and requirement gathering.

Business Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of client requirements, business processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements Elicitation : Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation.

Data Analysis : Analyze data from various sources to derive valuable insights and support data-informed decision-making.

Solution Development : Collaborate closely with clients to develop and recommend practical and innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Business Process Enhancement : Identify and implement process improvements, workflow optimizations, and best practices to streamline operations.

Documentation : Prepare comprehensive and clear documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and system requirements.

Collaboration : Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and client relationship managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications : .

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Proven experience[1- 7 Years] as a data/business analyst, preferably in a client-facing capacity.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g Excel, Tableau) is advantageous.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, focusing on practical solutions.

- Client-centered mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in work.

Responsibilities :


- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and data challenges.


- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.


- Develop and implement data analysis models and techniques to answer specific business questions.


- Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports) to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.


- Recommend data-driven solutions and strategies to improve client operations and decision-making.


- Document the data analysis process and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.


- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).


- 2-7 years of proven experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, preferably with client-facing experience.


- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to diverse audiences.


- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.


- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on developing practical solutions based on data insights.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
