Primary Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation Strategy & Framework Design
  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated test cases for web applications
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Defect Management & Reporting and able to train and mentor others
  • Conduct functional , regression , and performance testing of web applications
  • Identify, log, and track software defects, and work with teams to resolve issues
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and provide insights for product quality improvements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

  • Required Playwright Automation Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with test automation frameworks i.e Jest , Mocha, JUnit, or PyTest
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Experience in preparing test automation scripts using playwright
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup, version control tools like Git and deployments using Git Hub actions
  • Expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Should be familiar with Agile project methodology and delivery
  • Familiar with Onshore-Offshore model
  • Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Python language, Financial Domain Knowledge & Experience with Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar
  • Exposure to AI/ML in testing or self-healing test frameworks
